Every recipe you've saved, in one cookbook you'll actually cook from.
Paste a link from Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any recipe site. Linkplate keeps just the ingredients and steps, then turns your week of dinners into one grocery list.
Anyone who cooks has felt this: a recipe seen on your phone at lunch, half-remembered by dinnertime. Screenshots pile up in the camera roll, links scatter across text messages, and the dish you loved is nowhere to be found. Linkplate fixes that. Paste a link and the recipe arrives cleaned up — just the title, ingredients, and steps, no ads or life stories. Save it to an album and it is there when you cook, on the device in your hand.
How it works
-
Paste a link from anywhere — a video, a post, or a recipe site.
-
Linkplate pulls out the recipe: title, ingredients, and steps. The ads and long intros stay behind.
-
Save it to an album: weeknights, baking, grilling, holidays.
-
Turn a recipe — or a whole album — into a grocery list you can check off at the store.
You can also snap a photo of a printed or handwritten recipe, or type one in yourself. Everything lands in the same cookbook.
What Linkplate does
-
Captures recipes from links, photos, or typed notes, in seconds.
-
Cleans each recipe to its essentials — ingredients and steps, nothing else.
-
Organizes everything into albums so the recipe is where you expect it.
-
Turns a recipe, or a whole album, into a grocery list you can check off at the store.
-
Works on the web today, in any phone or desktop browser — add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. Native iPhone and Android apps are on the way.
Who it is for
Linkplate is for home cooks who save recipes from the internet and cook from them: people who meal prep for a family, people tracking protein, and people trying to cook more at home. It is a cookbook, not a food diary — it does not count calories for you. It is also not a week-by-week meal-plan calendar; that is on the roadmap, not in the app today.
Questions people ask
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. Linkplate runs in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. Native iPhone and Android apps are being built.
