Linkplate™ is operated by Gravity Well Marketing, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “Linkplate”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Linkplate and our website at linkplate.online, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account & contact information. When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. You can purchase a Founder pass without creating an account first — in that case we collect the email you enter at checkout and use it to link your purchase to you when you later sign up.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). We do not see or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details; we only receive a confirmation of the transaction and a record of what you purchased.
• Usage information. We collect basic information about how you use Linkplate (such as the recipes you save and albums you create) so the app can provide your cookbook back to you, and limited technical data (device type, browser) to keep the service running and secure.

How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your account and deliver Linkplate to you.
• To fulfill purchases, grant your Founder access, and send transactional and welcome emails.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To operate, secure, improve, and develop Linkplate.

Payments

The Founder’s pass is a one-time purchase processed through Base44 Payments. Card data is handled by Wix’s payment infrastructure under its own security and compliance standards; Linkplate stores only a record of the completed purchase and the email used at checkout.

Cookies & Local Storage

Linkplate uses local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate Linkplate — such as payment processing (Wix/Base44 Payments) and email delivery — and when required by law. Your recipes and albums are yours; we do not share your personal cookbook content with third parties.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and comply with our obligations. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time (see Your Rights below).

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to receive a copy of it. To make any of these requests, contact us at hello@linkplate.online. We will respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children’s Privacy

Linkplate is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Linkplate evolves. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app or by email where appropriate.
