Refund Policy

1. The Founder's guarantee
Every Linkplate Founder's Pass ($49, one-time) is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Linkplate isn't for you, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund your $49 in full. No questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@linkplate.online from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number (from your purchase confirmation) and we'll take it from there. You don't need to explain why — a simple "I'd like a refund" is enough.
3. What happens next
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Your Founder's access (and any associated entitlement) is removed once the refund is processed.
4. After the 30 days
The Founder's Pass is a lifetime membership sold at launch pricing, so it is non-refundable outside the 30-day guarantee window. Standard subscription plans, when introduced, may carry their own cancellation terms described at signup.
