Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Linkplate™, including the website at linkplate.online and the Linkplate app (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Gravity Well Marketing, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “Linkplate”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Linkplate is a personal cookbook that lets you capture, clean, and organize recipes you find across the web, group them into albums, and turn them into grocery lists. Certain features, including lifetime access for Founders, are described on our offer page and may change as the Service develops.
Your Account & Entitlement
You may purchase a Founder pass without first creating an account. We use the email you enter at checkout as the key that links your purchase to you. When you later sign up with that same email, we grant your Founder access to your account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and email access secure.
Purchases & Payments
The Founder’s pass is a one-time payment processed through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). The price and terms of any offer are presented at the point of purchase. Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. Lifetime access means no recurring subscription fees for the Founder pass as described on the offer page.
Refunds
The Founder’s pass is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, described on the offer page and in our Refund Policy. To request a refund, contact us at hello@linkplate.online and we will make it right.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Linkplate lawfully and not to misuse the Service, including by uploading content you do not have the right to save, attempting to access another user’s data, or interfering with the Service’s operation. You are responsible for the content you save and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
Intellectual Property
Linkplate™ and the Linkplate name and logo are trademarks of Gravity Well Marketing, Inc. The Service, including its design and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Your saved recipes remain yours; we use them only to provide the Service to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that Linkplate will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any feature will remain available, and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravity Well Marketing, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Linkplate after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
